    9:15  Apostolate or other work at the Solitude
    12:00 Noon: Office of Midday Prayer (Communally) followed by lunch
    12:45  Apostolate continues
    3:00  Optional Rest and Transitional Period
    4:00  Solitary Prayer and Lectio Divina
    6:00  Office of Evening Prayer (Communally) followed by Supper
